This 3 bedroom apartment for rent at Club Nautica - La Manga on the Costa Blanca has a lounge that opens on to a good sized balcony with sea views and patio furniture.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer. A utility room houses a washing machine.

THE ACCOMMODATION

Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, balconies with fantastic views of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean.

THE AMENITIES AT CLUB NAUTICA

Large community swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court and private beach.

The community has plenty of ramps and lift access so may be suitable for disabled.

Restaurants, bars, shopping are all within walking distance as are tennis and all.

LA MANGA - MAR MENOR LOCATION

The nearest airport is Murcia, approx. 25mins. Alicante airport is approx. 1 hour 15 mins. Both are easy to get to on good roads. Nearest beach to the apartment is Mar Menor Beach, which is a 5 minutes walk.
