It has three double bedrooms each with French windows leading onto the garden. There are two bathrooms – one ensuite, a further cloakroom upstairs and outside shower and toilet by the pool.
Upstairs there is a sitting room with a television, separate dining room, covered terrace with views out to the sea, an uncovered breakfast terrace with views over the countryside and mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available for use.
The private pool and linked jacuzzi is in the garden which is walled and therefore totally secluded. By the pool is a paved area for outside eating, and a covered verandah for shade or dining. Additionally there is a moveable gas Barbeque and poolside furniture.
