Overlooking a pedestrian street (2 balconies) and in front of a tree filled square with a fountain, 
the apartment is 5 minutes from the harbour in the Barceloneta area, and continuing straight on, a 10 minute walk to the beach. Las Ramblas is to your right and the leafy tranquillity of La Ciutadella Park is 5 minutes to your left.
20 minutes direct line from the airport.
The apartment...the 100 m2 is something of a luxury in the old city, where most apartments are actually quite small.
The 45m2 living area is airy and spacious with large, wooden, shuttered windows, wooden floors, high beamed ceilings and two outward-facing balconies. Its mixture of modern and antique furnishings provide for stylish and comfortable living.
The fully equipped kitchen is cool and minimalist, finished in white, steel and marble.
The master bedroom (20m2) with custom built dressing room and bathroom, both finished in cherry wood, is located in the interior part of the apartment. 
The bedroom window looks onto the "patio", provides good ventilation and is very quiet. The bedroom is also air-conditioned, so a good night's sleep guaranteed!
Generally, the interior canopied "patio" and balconies keep the apartment fresh and airy.
