Playa Flamenca House

Situated at Flamenca Beach, 3 miles south of Torrevieja, this villa and apartment are in an area that has been identified by the World Health Authority as the healthiest climate in Europe. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, it's still shorts and T-shirt weather even through the winter months. Just 40 minutes from Alicante Airport and 20 minutes from Murcia Airport, it is well served by flights from the UK and Europe - transport can be arranged from both airports.

Flamenca Beach villa and apartment rental

The villa occupies the first and second floors, above the apartment which is on the ground floor within a fenced and gated community. The surrounding narrow streets are lined with flowers and bougainvillea tumbles over the walls.

The spacious first floor living area has large comfortable sofas and looks out onto the balcony with its sea view and seating for al fresco dining.

Near the beach

A large serving hatch provides easy access to the kitchen, which has its own windows making it bright and light. The satellite TV provides English language programmes, so for those inclined, there is no need to miss Corrie! The washing machine is located in the cloakroom and there is also a shower room in addition to the second floor bathroom.

Living room

Stairs lead to the sleeping accommodation on the second floor and a bathroom.

The main bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a balcony. The second bedroom has three beds and fitted wardrobes.

THE GROUND FLOOR RENTAL APARTMENT - Sleeps 4

The apartment occupies the ground floor with easy access through gates at the front. It comprises a comfortable living area with fully fitted kitchen, bedroom and a shower room. The rental apartment is provided with satellite TV and a washing machine. It has twin beds in the bedroom and a bed settee in the living area.

The patio has a table and chairs, where you can eat outside.

THE FLAMENCA BEACH LOCATION

The villa and apartment are just a couple of minutes from the Flamenca Beach Centre with it's many restaurants, including, Chinese, Thai, German, Italian, Indian, Asian, Hungarian, Polish, as well as British and Spanish, and a host of bars and shops.

The beach


There are two supermarkets within four minutes walk also a Dentist, Doctor, banks a Police Station and for those that fancy it, a Gym.
Eight minutes walk brings you to two beaches, complete with tapas bars in summer. La Zenia and Punta Prima beaches are 15 minutes away and many more beaches are within a short car ride.
There are three golf courses, Las Ramblas, Campoarmor and Villa Martin a six-minute drive away, with La Manga and three more within half an hour.

Torrevieja used to boast the largest fleet of sailing boats in the Med and still has one of the best yacht clubs, with berths for 1,500 boats.

The promenade is lined with restaurants and cafe-bars and is very cosmopolitan, making it a lovely place for an evening stroll. The town has many sporting and cultural attractions.

The nearby coves have Boule (Petanque) and a set is provided in the house that should keep everyone entertained for hours. There are also 2 sets of golf clubs which can save you lugging your own on the flight, as well as a push bike - so no chance of getting bored.
