The house has been recently renovated and the garden area is fenced. There are two porch areas at the house entrance with garden furniture.

Espléndida casita muy cerca de Ibiza ciudad con vistas a Dalt Vila y terreno vallado.
Esta Casita recién rehabilitada tiene dos porches a la entrada de la casa con mobiliario de jardín. A la entrada tiene la cocina independiente pero conectada al salón y al comedor.
Salón con televisión y pequeño aparato Hi fi . Comedor con sofá nido para una o máximo dos personas . Aire acondicionado. Al final del salón tiene dos puertas que conectan con la parte frontal y la parte trasera de la casa. Por un pasillo se accede a los dos dormitorios ambos matrimoniales, uno con cama de 1’35, Dos baños , uno con ducha y otro con bañera de hidromasaje. Aire acondicionado en habitación master y otro en pasillo.Zona de barbacoa y piscina con tumbonas y parasol.

Das Haus hat zwei ueberdachte Terassen am Eingang , die mit Gartenmobiliar ausgestattet sind.
Die Kueche ist nicht in die Wohnraeume integriert und befindet sich am am Eingang, sie ist durch Durchgaenge mit dem Wohnzimmer und dem Esszimmer verbunden.
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich das Fernsehgeraet und eine kleine Stereo- Anlage. Esszimmer mit einem Sofa, ausgelegt fuer 2 Personen. Klimaanlage. Am Ende des Wohnzimmers befinden sich 2 Tueren die das Wohnzimmer sowohl mit dem hinteren als auch mit dem vorderen Teil des Hauses verbinden. Ueber einen kleinen Flur erreicht man die zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit Doppelbett, eins davon mit Futon. 2 Badezimmer, eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne und Whirlpool. Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer und eine weitere im Flur.
Im Schwimmbeckenbereich befindet sich ein Grillplatz mit Liegestuehlen und Sonnenschirm.
